These Terms of Service apply to all purchases from and use of the Watchlunex website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
We sell pre-owned and unworn luxury watches. Each watch is described as accurately as possible, including its condition, reference number and what is included (box, papers, service records). Photos show the actual watch you will receive. Pre-owned watches may show signs of normal wear, which we describe in the listing.
Watchlunex is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, or an authorised dealer of, the brands we sell. Brand names are used only to describe the watches.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless another currency is selected. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if this affects your order, we will contact you before it ships and you may cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers.
3. Orders
Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. Each watch is a unique item; if a watch is no longer available, we will refund you in full.
4. Shipping
Shipping is free, insured and tracked to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
5. Returns
You can return a watch within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund & Returns policy.
6. Warranty
Every watch comes with our 2-year warranty as described on our Warranty page. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
