Every watch we sell comes with a 2-year Watchlunex warranty, starting from the date of delivery, covering the movement against mechanical faults.
What is not covered
- Water damage
- The crystal (glass)
- The strap or bracelet
- Batteries
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
How to make a warranty claim
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, a short video or photos. We will reply with the next steps.
